professional with twenty years of domestic and international experience,

What I came to
understand as a result of my research and experience was that the

lack of in-depth training and development. Moreover, there is often a
lack of clear alignment between the firm’s service offerings and
delivery approach, and the wants and desires of the client. In Six Sigma
terms, this is commonly referred to as a failure to hear the Voice of
the Customer. It was also clearer than ever that professional
service quality is the cornerstone of the competitiveness, profitability
and success of the firm.
